Polecat flew from Yucca Flats, and my understand is that it is being used for more contractor-funded projects. Previously contractors would buy/lease facilities at Groom for pet projects, now some things are going out to Yucca (mostly UAVs - manned test aircraft with different telementry requirements still need Groom).
