level of secrecy??

Hi folks,

I grew up in Las Vegas, and have been up near 51 a few times. Even saw some strange lights once. Pretty exciting! Anyway, I always wondered if past US presidents are kept in the loop about 51. Are they privy to any knowledge whatsoever? Does anyone in congress know?? What do you think?
